Minimum Balance & Gate Entry Rule
- Minimum ₹50 Stored Value: The automated fare collection (AFC) gates require a minimum card balance of ₹50 to allow entry tap-in.
- Entry-Exit Rule: Commuters must tap the same NCMC card at both origin and destination gates.
- Time Limit inside Network: Maximum allowed stay within fare area is 120 minutes for normal cross-city travel.

Accepted NCMC Cards
- Any Bank RuPay NCMC Card: SBI, PNB, Canara Bank, HDFC, ICICI, Paytm Payments Bank, or any RuPay dual-interface debit/prepaid card with the NCMC logo is 100% accepted.
- Inter-operability: Cards issued by Delhi Metro (DMRC), Mumbai Metro (MMRDA), or Bangalore Metro (BMRCL) work directly across Bhopal Metro gates.

How & Where to Recharge
- Station Customer Care Counters: Available at all 8 priority corridor stations with Cash, UPI, or Credit/Debit card options.
- Automated Ticket Vending Machines (TVM): Place your card on the designated NFC reader pad and top up via UPI QR code.
- Online Banking Apps: Top up via your issuing bank app, then tap at the station AVM / Card Reader to update card balance.

New Card Issuance
- Instant Issuance at Stations: Visit Customer Care at Subhash Nagar, MP Nagar, Rani Kamalapati, or AIIMS stations.
- Required Documents: Valid Government ID (Voter ID / Driving License / Government ID) for instant KYC verification.
- Nominal Issuance Fee: ₹100 standard issuance fee plus your desired initial recharge balance.
